Demonstrate experience in product or marketing compliance. Maintain and apply knowledge of key regulations and guidelines applicable to mobile, social media, digital and traditional marketing. Oversee all marketing needs, including review, training, billing, deliverables prioritization, and related audits. Assist with departmental policy and efficiency improvements. Multitask in a rapidly evolving environment, pay attention to detail, and use creative problem solving while producing compliant results.

Manage and maintain all bank account activity for payments programs.  Ensure overdrafts are controlled, reconciliations are up to date and new programs are funding and settling accurately according to the funds flows.

Perform audits on dispute cases, compliance audits and execute the bank's compliance monitoring program.

Assist in daily IT related jobs, PC support, and all network troubleshooting. Responsible for the maintenance of corporate documentation regarding information systems setup, procedures, and training as it relates to our Vendors and Central Payments
