Community HealthCare Association of the Dakotas The Community HealthCare Association of the Dakotas has hired three staff members.

Jennifer Folliard is the director of policy and communications. She previously served as the maternal child health director for the South Dakota Department of Health. Catherine Anthony is an outreach and enrollment navigator. Previously, Anthony served as an admissions specialist for Avera McKennan Hospital & University Health Center and as a membership and enrollment specialist for Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. Twila Hansen is the administrative and program coordinator. She previously worked for Special Olympics South Dakota for 12 years as the office manager, benefits coordinator and accountant.

First Interstate Wealth Management Tyler Bush of Hills, Minnesota, has joined the First Interstate Wealth Management team as a wealth adviser and will oversee the Sioux Falls team. Bush has 15 years of experience in the financial industry.

Liberty National Bank Jacob Stahl has been promoted to president and CEO of Liberty National Bank, which serves customers in Sioux Falls, Dakota Dunes, North Sioux City and the Iowa communities of Sioux City, Okoboji and Johnston. Stahl joined the team in 2009 as a senior vice president/senior credit officer and was promoted to Sioux Falls market president in 2018. He has 30 years of banking experience with a background in commercial and agricultural lending, credit administration and financial analysis.
